Black Cat rescue

asphyxiating fumes filled the room, overpowering the young woman locked in there to meet her end. suddenly, the door burst open and there stood the Black Cat, hollywood's glamorous detective heroine! protected from the fumes by a respirator mask, the Black Cat quickly shut off the flow of gas. perhaps there was still time to get the victim to fresh air...

this commission drawn for me by the great soap-committee. it is a tribute to the sexiest heroine of late 1940s comic books, THE BLACK CAT! who definitely should have worn more gas masks.
